Nexon has revealed details on The First Descendant Season 1 update, giving players a sneak peek at the new content coming to the looter shooter.

The First Descendant Season 1 release date
Season 1 Invasion will begin onAugust 29, 2024. A second update for Season 1 will release onOctober 10, 2024.
Prior to this being announced it was expected to arrive at the end of August as this is also the date when thePreseason Battle Passexpires.
Nexon revealed the first teaser trailer for the upcoming season onAugust 16, 2024.
While the teaser didn’t show much, it did give fans a very brief look at the new Sniper Descendant, Hailey.

Having additional story content so soon after release is a big bonus, particularly for players who have already completed the main quest. However, it’s the new Descendant and weapon that will undoubtedly draw a lot of attention from the community.
