Best moveset for PvP
One of the best PvP movesets for Zekrom in Pokemon Go isDragon Breath as the Fast Move with Fusion Bolt as the Charged Move.
While Charge Beam might generate energy faster, the damage output is worthless, so go with Dragon Breath for your Fast Move. It also benefits from STAB and has a very high TDO.
For the Charged Move, Fusion Bolt is the ultimate best as it is an outstanding nuke that gets even more powerful due to STAB. Wild Charge deals more damage, but its self-debuff makes it not worthy.
As always, if you’re able to afford a secondary Charged Move, expand your coverage and bait shields with Crunch, or go with a powerful Dragon move with Outrage.
Best moveset for Raids
Zekrom’s best moveset for Raids consists ofCharge Beam as its Fast Move and Fusion Bolt as its Charged Move.
As mentioned above, Fusion Bolt is the ultimate best Charged Move for Zekrom, so keeping that idea – and the fact that it’s smarter to play Raids with only one type – you should get an Electric Fast Move too.

Because for now Zekrom only has two moves and only one is Electric, you have to use Charge Beam. It might be underwhelming, but has good synergy with Fusion Bolt.
