How to get Dragon Balls in Dragon Ball Sparking Zero
Earning Dragon Balls in Sparking Zero is a shortcut to getting your hands on rare content or leveling up quickly, so here’s how to get, use them, and the wishes the Dragons can grant you.
From experiencing Branching paths forGoku,Vegeta, and more, to creatingCustom Battles, and taking the fight Online, there’s a huge amount of content to enjoy inDragon Ball: Sparking Zero.
It wouldn’t be a DBZ game if you couldn’t collect the Dragon Balls of course, and gathering them all lets you progress faster with a wealth of rewards including currency, newcharacters, and Ability Items forcustomization.
How to get Dragon Balls
To obtain the highly sought-after Dragon Balls, you mustcomplete specific challenges and missions, which can be viewed in Zen-Oh’s Orders, and Whis’s Stamp Book. Once these are completed, Whis will reward you with a Dragon Ball.
The following objectives, when achieved, will earn you one Dragon Ball each. While these aren’t the only challenges that will reward you with them, they are theeasiest and least time-consumingfrom our experience:
How to use & what wishes can be granted
Once you’ve collected seven Dragon Balls, you cansummon Shenronand make a wish. However, be sure tochoose carefully, as once you make your wish, the seven Dragon Balls will be gone, and you’ll have to recollect them.
Summoning Shenron
To summon Shenron, navigate to the ‘Come Fourth…‘ tab in theMain Menu, choose ‘Summon Shenron‘ and after a short cutscene you’ll be able to select one of the following wishes:
How to get Super Dragon Balls & summon Super Shenron
you’re able to get the Super Dragon Balls bycompleting all of Goku and Future Trunks’ Episode Battlesin Sparking Zero. Upon completing all storylines for each character, you’ll be rewarded with a full set.
You’ll need to summon Super Shenron to get your wish, however.

To do this, head over to the ‘Come Forth…‘ menu and select ‘Summon Super Shenron.’ As with normal Shenron, you’ll see a brief cutscene and then can select from several wishes:
Summoning Porunga
The final Dragon you can summon in Sparking Zero is Porunga. To do this navigate to the ‘Come Fourth…‘ tab in theMain Menu, and select the ‘Summon Porunga‘ option.

Dragon Balls are the most powerful items in the franchise’s lore. Throughout the anime, they have brought people back from the dead, helped the character level up catastrophically, and sometimes triggered world-ending events.
In Sparking Zero, collecting them is a great way to get unique rewards, so we’d recommend always aiming to complete Zen-Oh and Whis’s challenges to earn more!
