What A New Writer Means For Fast 11

Fast Xendedon a massive cliffhanger, with Aimes (Alan Ritchson) revealed to be a double agent working with Dante, using a rocket launcher to destroy a helicopter with several important characters inside. TheFast Xpost-credits scenealso teased Dwayne Johnson’s return as Hobbs, setting the stage for his own entry in the cinematic universe. Because of how many more action-packed thrills the Fast Saga is going to be tackling,it will require plenty of talent to make it all come to fruition.

If Uziel and Hodson really aren’t writingFast & Furious 11anymore, then it could result in some unexpected story developments that are in line with a different vision of the sequel. At the same time, though,Dean’s experience working onFast X’s story means he’s a perfect candidateto give Dom’s family a proper sendoff in their biggest battle ever. The writer is also working on an untitledstandalone movie, meaning he’s aware of where the franchise goes after the Fast Saga’s end. This would make him perfect for saying farewell to the beloved cast.
