For decades, there has always been an interest with passionate comic book fans to see DC and Marvel have a proper live-action crossover. Given that Warner Bros. Discovery is the owner of the DC rights, making a physical crossover with characters showing up in Disney-produced films or TV shows is very complicated from a legal standpoint, especially with a major film likeDeadpool & Wolverine.
The closest thatDeadpool & Wolverinecan get to any crossovers with the DC realm is through the franchise’s main drive, which is breaking the fourth wall with jokes that would get very meta.
