Some of the best items Yusuke can get include the Deep-Fried Eggplant Shrimp Meatballs unlocked by the character at Level 15.
Yusuke shares the same skills that James has: Ingredient Prep Expert and Cooking+. However,Yusuke has slightly higher Cookingand could be a great addition to your staff due to that score’s flexibility with an unexpectedly high Procure trait.

Despite the large amount of money you have to spend to hire El Niño, this character will likely be used for the rest of the game due to his incredibly high Serving stat. El Niño is up to help anywhere in the restaurant, making him aversatile member of your team beyond only cooks.
When paired with someone who has a high Appeal, it can create an unstoppable duoin the Dining Area that always leaves a good impression on customers. El Niño’s unique skill at serving drinks can be combined with the charisma of someone like Cohh to raise all the stats in your kitchen to great heights, especially when you also have a good cook to make great dishes.

Raptor hasCocktail ServingandWasabi Refill, two rare skills that are not shared by a majority of the other potential staff. Cocktails are specialty drinks that can only be made by staff with an expertise in mixing drinks, making Raptor an invaluable recruit for this ability alone.
At the same time, having someone automatically refill wasabi also helps you from having to do it manually, allowing you to focus on other situations throughout a service.Raptor’s ability to fill wasabit on his own frees you up for different tasks, lightening the load you normally have to worry about when open for business.
