“Cheesy” Black Ops 6 perk ruins games for campers but players aren’t happy
Black Ops 6’s newest perk has already been labeled as “cheesy” by players as they’re annoyed that the war on campers is continuing.
Over the last few years,Call of Dutyhas become increasingly more live service-focused. That means that updates regularly bring new content in the form of maps, game modes, new cosmetics, and in-game features.
Black Ops 6 has continued on that path with a host of things, including live events based on Squid Game and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, throwback maps, as well as new weapons and perks.
The new perks have, at times, split feelings amongst players. Some of those that have been added forZombies have been labeled as “useless”while other multiplayer optionshave brought back the classic COD feel.
Vendetta perk gives away enemy locations in Black Ops 6
InSeason 3 Reloaded’s Blaze of Groy event, Black Ops 6 players can now get another perk – Vendetta. The new perk marks your killer’s last known position for a short period and gives players a bonus score if they get their kill back.
“Another cheesy way to get you out of your killstreak lol. This game is really made to keep you on your toes. You never can catch a break,” one fansaid.
“Way too many things in this game that tells you where people are,” another added. “For real. Its getting pretty ridiculous, as if getting spotted through walls by the Recon specialty wasn’t enough,” another agreed.
Some fans suggested that the continued focus on Recon perks is because “Treyarch hates campers” and it is becoming “harder and harder to play stealthily in COD.”

“God, this game has way too many perks to reveal enemy positions,” another chimed in.
Others suggested that the focus needs to switch. “We already have Recon specialization, which shows the location of the enemies in each respawn. I would prefer some perk to reduce fire damage, or give faster reloads,” one commented.
